The founder of Appreciating Property is Brett Clure who holds a degree from Texas Christian University where he majored in Finance with a minor in Real Estate.  Brett is currently a licensed Realtor in the state of Nebraska and holds his license at Prudential Ambassador under The Cizek Group.  All property transactions are processed through Prudential.
